Serifos is a small Greek island located in the Western Cyclades. The "Cyclades" is a group of islands that are famous for their endless sandy beaches and traditional whitewashed houses.Serifos is an island of strong contrasts, as it is ideal for relaxation as well as intense night life!

I had the opportunity to visit the island of Serifos in 2008 with a couple of good friends of mine. Since then it has become one of my favorite summer destinations. I had the chance to take some very nice photographs of the island's wonderful landscape, backstreets, churches and sandy beaches.

All following photographs were taken by me in September 2008.

Enjoy Serifos through my Camera Lens!

I absolutely love these pictures! You are a great photographer; you know how to capture a scene. We visited Greece in 2007; these pictures make me want to go back. Thank you for sharing.

You are welcome bizzymom. I am just an amature photographer, but you don't need much when you are in such beautiful places. Just a camera. :)

Your photographs of Greece are wonderful. You really manage to capture the Greek atmosphere! I loved Greece when I went there, and had a fantastic time, but unfortunately don't have the photos anyone. Maybe it's time to return!

Thanks for SHARING.

Thanks Brett. Indeed Greece is a wonderful country. It is so beautiful that even a naive amature photographer like me can actually take good photographs.
